I’m a food label reader too and am very particular with the foods I bring into our home. I’ve been studying Ingredients and what they actually are. If you truly want to eat healthy, read labels. Stay away from anything modified, bioengineered, high fructose corn syrup and anything with dyes especially red and yellow. Maldextrose is made out to be ok to consume but it’s not. Someone said to me last week “ don’t eat anything that is advertised in a tv commercial “ I get that. We have to be vigilant with our foods if we want to be around to see our future grandchildren. So excited to see your new home furnished, it’s looking absolutely beautiful 🫶🏻

Amy, which is a better thing to count ... I always used to count calories. For me, it seemed easier. Now it seems everyone is counting their carbs. What's the total carb count we should try and stay with for the day. I'm short, 5' and weight shows up on me pretty quick. I don't think I'm doing very good with the carbs. I was more successful, seemed easier for me, to count calories. Your thoughts ...

I encourage you to try using your protein drink instead of creamer in your coffee. Either vanilla or chocolate is good. Several brands have a caramel flavor but I haven't seen it in the Core Power brand. Zero sugar and extra protein
